Made from organic flour, pink Himalayan sea salt and filtered water. No preservatives.

Starters come with full instructions and recipe for a basic sourdough loaf. These are also attached in the photos.

Had Much Better

the convenience of making this purchase was great. However, unless you like an extremely dense sourdough, this is not the way to go. The flavor was decent, but I’ve had much lighter, true sourdough bread that is airy and not nearly as dense. It was nice to find out for myself what this bread was like

I'm so sorry you didn't like your loaf. This is not the feedback I've been given from my markets and I want you to be happy. Perhaps something didn't go well during the final proofing phase. Without cutting into each loaf that's something I can not visibly see. I'd love to make you another to try. Would you like to have one for next weekend?

Sourdough

We have purchased several loaves now and will continue to do so. They have been delicious every time. All the flavors have been fantastic but our go to is jalapeno and cheddar.
